Talent Strand

One recruiter for the whole org chart

Hiring does not stop at a state line. Your opening in Texas might be identical to one in Ohio, but the labor market, wage expectations, and candidate pool shift by city and county.

You do not need to juggle a different recruiter for each region. The same team can run a search for a CFO in Chicago while lining up warehouse roles in Reno. We assign one point of contact, then reach into local networks and job boards for each location. That keeps your message consistent and your hiring fast.

Hiring at every level

The search changes with the seat. The standard of screening does not.

Entry-level and hourly teams

You need people who show up on time and learn fast. We find cashiers, warehouse associates, customer service reps, and drivers for roles that keep your operation moving.

Skilled and technical staff

Maintenance technicians, CNC machinists, licensed practical nurses, and IT support analysts are hard to find on your own. We screen for the certifications, clearances, and hands-on skills the job actually requires.

Managers and professionals

A strong plant manager or accounting supervisor changes how a team performs. We search for people who have led teams, owned budgets, and delivered results in your industry.

Executives and boards

Board seats and C-suite roles demand judgment and discretion. We run confidential searches for chief executives, chief financial officers, and board members. Many of these candidates are not posting anywhere.

How a search runs

It starts with a short call. You describe the role, the team, the must-have skills, and the pay range. We then map the market: which companies employ similar people, what they earn, and where they live. That map guides who we call first.

There is no job board posting and waiting. We approach people directly, including those who are working today and not reading job boards. You see a shortlist of screened candidates, usually within days. You interview the ones you like, we handle scheduling and feedback, and you make the offer. We stay close through the start date to make sure the new hire shows up ready.

  1. The brief

We start with a phone or video call with you and the hiring manager.

  2. The market map

We map employers and candidates across the state or region where the role sits.

  3. The search and approach

We build a target list of people who already do this work for other employers.

  4. Screening and interviews

A recruiter screens each candidate against the brief.

  5. The shortlist and client interviews

You get a shortlist of three to five people with notes on each one.

  6. Offer, references and start

When you choose a finalist, we help you shape an offer you can stand by.

Why employers work with Talent Strand

One team for all 50 states

You work with a single point of contact whether your opening is in Portland, Maine or Portland, Oregon. That contact coordinates local sourcing and keeps your search moving without handoffs.

We speak the language of the job

Our recruiters know what a journeyman electrician license means, what a CDL-A driver needs, and what a SOC 2 audit requires. You do not explain your industry from scratch.

We go beyond job boards

Many strong candidates are working today and not reading ads. We call them directly, screen them against your must-haves, and send you a shortlist that fits.

You keep control of the process

You set the pay range, the interview schedule, and the final decision. We bring you options, feedback, and market data, then you choose who joins your payroll.

What does it cost to use Talent Strand?

We charge a fee based on the salary of the role you fill. You pay only when you hire someone we send you. Candidates never pay a fee.

Do you fill roles in every state?

Yes. We work across all 50 states and Washington, DC. Your search is run by one team, which means you get consistent service whether you are hiring in Alaska or Alabama.
